Perry County Prosecuting Attorney Thomas Hoeh on Thursday charged a one-time Perryville, Missouri, resident with four counts each of first-degree statutory sodomy and incest involving a second victim.
The man already was charged with 14 total counts of child molestation, statutory sodomy, attempted statutory sodomy and furnishing pornographic materials to a minor in Perry County and first-degree statutory sodomy, first-degree child molestation and sexual misconduct involving a child younger than 15 in Bollinger County.
Perry County sheriff’s deputies arrested Travis Perry Davis, 35, in June on suspicion of the Bollinger County charges that were filed June 17. The bond in the 14-count case was set at $200,000, cash only; bond in the Bollinger County case was set at $75,000, cash only; and bond in the most recent case was set at $200,000, cash only.
The victim in the most recent case told a counselor Davis had touched her, according to a probable-cause statement filed by Perryville police detective Amber Saupe. The victim, a relative of Davis, said Davis touched her in a “bad spot” at four locations in Perryville beginning in 2010 when she was 4 years old, Saupe wrote.
The victim’s sister was the victim in the 14-count case, beginning in 2009, Saupe wrote.
