Scott City street reduced to one lane

The Missouri Department of Transportation's contractor will reduce a portion of Mulberry Street in Scott City to one lane from Route K to Warner Street for installation of drainage structures as part of the Ramsey Creek Outer Road project. Weather permitting, work will begin Feb. 21 and should be completed in about two months. The contractor will work from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During construction, the contractor will install drainage structures, driveways and curbs and gutters. As weather permits, asphalt widening and an asphalt overlay will also be completed.
