SCOTT CITY -- Nicole Wadlington, a senior at Scott City High School, was selected the January Youth of the Month by the Breakfast Exchange Club of Cape Girardeau.
Wadlington is a member of the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, Pep Club, Foreign Language Club, Students Against Drunk Driving, and is editor of the school's yearbook.

Wadlington has served as a volunteer at the Cottonwood Treatment Center, Chaffee Nursing Home and for the Super Kids Run.
Wadlington is the daughter of Pete and Diana Wadlington of Scott City.
