SCOTT CITY NATIVE NAMED STUDENT OF YEAR BY CLUB

Nicole Wadlington of Scott City was recently selected as student of the year by the Breakfast Exchange Club of Cape Girardeau.

This award spotlights an outstanding senior who excels in l eadership, citizenship and scholarship.

Wadlington was chosen from a group of nine Student of the Month winners from Central High, Notre Dame and Scott City High Schools.

She is now eligible to participate at the district level of the National Exchange Club, National Student of the Year Contest.

She is the daughter of Pete and Diana Wadlington of Scott City.
