Scott City man injured in ATV crash Saturday

A Scott City man sustained moderate injuries Saturday afternoon in an all-terrain vehicle crash, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.

Lyle E. Hunt, 57, was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center after the northbound 2008 Honda ATV he was driving overturned on Route N about four miles south of Scott City, the patrol reported.

The crash, which totaled the ATV, occurred about 3 p.m., the patrol reported.

Hunt was not using a safety device at the time of the single-vehicle accident, the patrol reported.
