SIKESTON -- A new Miss Missouri Preliminary scholarship pageant will be held Saturday in Sikeston.

The pageant is called the Miss Sikeston Winter Princess and will be held at 7 p.m. in the Sikeston Field House in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce's City of Lights.
The pageant is open to women ages 17-24 in Missouri. Other contests are planned for children from age 2 and up. Those contests begin at 10 a.m. and continue through the day.
