Schnucks has introduced a new dairy product Schnucks 2 percent Lowfat Milk, with 70 percent less cholesterol.
"We always strive to offer our customers new and best products," said Scott Schnuck, executive vice president. "Our dairy will be the first in the country owned by a supermarket chain to offer reduced cholesterol milk."
The reduced cholesterol milk contains 70 percent less cholesterol than the ordinary 2 percent lowfat milk. It is available exclusively at Schnucks, initially in half-gallon containers.
The new milk is available at the Schnucks store in Cape Girardeau.
