Selling Cape Girardeau means leaving it often.

Sarah Vickery doesn't mind.

"I'm constantly learning and getting great ideas from people in the same field...," she says.

To Vickery, getting to play a part in Cape Girardeau's growth is made even better through the relationships built in the process. Between conferences, businesses, tour groups and whoever stops by the office, there is always an opportunity to meet someone new and to help.

"I like the bond that forms when working so closely with someone and knowing that they really trust you with their event, meeting or trip to Cape Girardeau," Vickery says.
