At its annual officer and board member installation banquet on July 11, the Rotary Club of Cape Girardeau awarded Tracey Glenn the 2004 Rush H. Limbaugh Sr. Rotarian of the Year Award for outstanding service to the Rotary Club of Cape Girardeau.
Glenn is public information manager for the city of Cape Girardeau. She currently serves the Rotary Club as a board member, Soap Box Derby chairwoman and public relations chairwoman.
In addition, Rotary Club outgoing president Rick Hetzel presented Glenn with a Paul Harris Fellowship Award. The award is given to a person who has donated more than $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. As a recipient, Glenn received a bronze medallion, a lapel pin and a certificate to honor the donation to the foundation.
