Highway 177 reduced for pavement repairs

Highway 177 in Cape Girardeau County, from U.S. 61 to Route J, will be reduced to one lane as contractor crews make pavement repairs. A news release from the Missouri Department of Transportation says the work will take place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily Sept. 15 through Oct. 31.

Route C in Bollinger, Stoddard counties reduced

Route C in Bollinger and Stoddard counties will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews seal coat the roadway. This section of the road is from Highway 51 in Bollinger County to Highway 91 in Stoddard County, according to a news release by the Missouri Department of Transportation. The work will take place from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 18 through 23, including weekends as necessary.

All work is weather permitting. Work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the areas. For more information about these projects, contact MoDOT's Customer Service Center at 888-275-6636, or visit modot.org/southeast.
