Route EE in Bollinger Co. reduced for pavement work

* Route EE in Bollinger County will be reduced to one lane between Route K and County Road 204, as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs. The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Highway 34 in Bollinger Co. closed for installation of box culvert

* Highway 34 in Bollinger County between county roads 504 and 506 will be closed as contractor crews install a box culvert and culvert pipes. The installation will begin at 6 a.m. Aug. 5 and should be completed at 6 p.m. Sept. 5.

Highway 114 in Stoddard Co. reduced for drainage repairs

* Highway 114 in Stoddard County from County Road 712 to County Road 718 will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews make drainage repairs. The work will take place from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.

* Route N in Stoddard County, from U.S. 60 to Route E, will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews repair the pavement. The work will be done from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

Route AB in Stoddard County reduced for pavement repairs

* Route AB in Stoddard County from Route Y to Highway 25 will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews make pavement repairs. The work will take place from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through July 31.

Road work scheduled on William Street

* Construction of Cape Girardeau's new CVS Pharmacy will result in road work beginning Monday, according to a news release from the city of Cape Girardeau. William Street near the Kingshighway intersection will be narrowed for approximately one week, as new concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and other features are constructed for the pharmacy. Only the eastbound lanes will be affected. Construction isn't expected to close William Street, but drivers in this busy area are asked to proceed with caution and expect minor delays.
