The River Campus Board of Managers will meet for the first time Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon at Southeast Missouri State University.
The meeting will be held in Dempster Hall, Room 102.
The board includes three representatives from the university and three from the city.
Board members will help set the policies that will govern the operation of the public facilities at the River Campus school.
Southeast plans to turn old St. Vincent's Seminary into a school for the visual and performing arts.
City representatives on the board are Ruth Knote, Dennis Vollink and Jerry Ford. University representatives are Pauline Fox, vice president for administration and enrollment management; Thomas Swayne Bird of Charleston and Jerrianne Wyman.
