Vision 2000 Community Attitude Survey project coordinator Jeff Krantz is encouraging those who received a questionnaire to "take 10."
Krantz said if voters who were selected to participate in the survey took just 10 minutes to fill out the 43-question survey, the city would learn more about the quality of life in Cape Girardeau.
Every 12th voter who is registered in the city of Cape Girardeau was sent a survey regarding their attitudes and opinions about education, city government, residential and industrial growth and emphasis for the future. The deadline for returning the survey is Oct. 30.
Nearly 50 percent responded to the Vision 2000 Community Attitude Survey in 1987.
