REPPERT TRAVEL RELOCATES

Reppert Hospitality Travel Center will hold an open house at its new offices at 1606 Independence Saturday.

"We'll be offering several prizes Amtrak and airline tickets, a weekend package and others during the day," said Stephanie High, a travel counselor at the firm. "Refreshments will also be available."

The grand opening will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The travel center was previously on the west side of Plaza Galleria Shopping square.

Jerry Reppert of Reppert Hospitality Travel Center purchased Trio Travel Center in February 1991, and changed the name.

Reppert has several business interests in Southern Illinois, including newspapers at Anna and Cairo and rental stores in a number of communities. He also has interests in a printing company in Cape Girardeau.
