Jackson, D-Ill., son of civil rights leader the Rev. Jesse Jackson, faces a primary challenge from a man registered for the ballot in the March primary as Jesse L. Jackson. Nine petition circulators for the challenger will be called to court Jan. 9 to explain their actions.
