RELIGION: RESSELL PROFESSES FIRST VOWS

Sister Mary Jo Ressell of the Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand, Ind., recently professed her first vow at Monastery Immaculate Conception.

Ressell, formerly of Cape Girardeau, was senior secretary at the Campus Assistance Center at Southeast Missouri State.

The Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand are 227 religious women who minister in the areas of education, pastoral care, health care, counseling, social services and mission work. They server throughout southern Indiana and in five other states and three foreign countries.
