First General Baptist Church in Jackson presents speaker Fred Overton, who will address the question, "Is the Bible reliable?" He will speak during the 8:30 and 10:40 a.m. services. For information, call 243-8467.

Apple Creek Presbyterian Memorial Association will hold its annual vesper service at 3 p.m. The speaker will be the Rev. Nancy Gillard of Jackson. A basket dinner will follow the service. Westminster Presbyterian Church will hold a mission presentation by the Rev. Charles Wonnenberg. A light supper will be served at 6 p.m.; he will speak immediately afterward. Wonnenberg and his wife, Diane, have served as missionaries to Mozambique. They are from Dallas, S.D.

Niswonger Church in Millersville will hold its homecoming dinner at 12:30 p.m. Special guest is Roger Jenkins and his Bluegrass Gospel Band from Sikeston, Mo. For information, call 243-4688.

Annual homecoming service at New Salem United Methodist Church in Daisy. Program begins at 10 a.m., with a balloon release at 11 a.m. A basket dinner will follow and an auction of crafts and baked goods will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday

United Methodist Women of Third Street Church will meet at 1 p.m. Karen Baker will give the mission study; pastor Janet Hopkins will lead the program. Martha Bollinger is hostess.
