Cowboy Church moving Thursday service

The Cape County Cowboy Church will be moving its Thursday evening services to Flickerwood Arena. The services are at 7 p.m. each week and at 9:30 a.m. Sunday. The Sunday service will continue to be held at the auction barn in Fruitland.

"The last six weeks we've had 400 every Thursday night," said pastor Jim Matthews. The auction barn isn't built to comfortably seat that size crowd regularly, he said.

The church has been meeting a little over a year and already has about 15 small groups meeting each week for Bible study.
