First Baptist in new building on Lexington

The congregation of First Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau is now meeting in its new facilities at 1289 Lexington Ave. Worship services are being held in the church activities center until the sanctuary is completed in early February. A formal dedication and open house will be held in the near future. For information, call 335-6006.

Ravi Zacharias will speak at La Croix UMC today

Lecturer Ravi Zacharias, president of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries, will speak at La Croix United Methodist Church today and Sunday. Zacharias has written several books, appeared on CNN and has spoken throughout the world, including at Harvard and at the annual prayer breakfast at the United Nations. He is currently a visiting lecturer at Wycliffe Hall at Oxford University. For more information, contact La Croix at 339-0302.
