Jackson man accused of statutory rape, sodomy

Clint E. Uelsmann, 32, of Jackson was arrested Wednesday by Cape Girardeau County deputies and charged with five counts of second-degree statutory rape and second-degree statutory sodomy. He is currently being held in the Cape Girardeau County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
