Pay increases for Southeast Missouri State University employees will range from 1.5 to 3.2 percent under salary guidelines the Board of Regents approved Wednesday.
Pay raises are expected to cost the university an additional $723,400 for fiscal 1996.
The percentages vary by employee group, with pay raises based on merit. The university abandoned across-the-board pay hikes several years ago.
Southeast's Art Wallhausen said average salary figures for various employee groups can't be calculated until merit evaluations have been finalized.
Wallhausen, assistant to the president, said the guidelines were based on recommendations from the school's Budget Review Committee.
The regents are expected to approve the 1996 budget in June, including salaries for its nearly 1,000 employees.
