Southeast Missouri State University's Board of Regents plan to tackle unfinished business today.

The regents met a week ago, but recessed after Regent Donald Harrison became ill, leaving the board with only three members. The board has to have a quorum of four to conduct business.

Harrison was out of town, but participated at the start of the meeting via speaker phone.

When Harrison had to cut short the telephone call, the remaining three regents couldn't conduct business.

The regents plan to take action on the remaining agenda items when they meet at 4 p.m. today at the University Center.
