It took a week to do it, but Southeast Missouri State University's Board of Regents finally finished its December board meeting.
The regents cut short their meeting last week after Regent Donald Harrison became ill, leaving the board without the four-member quorum needed to conduct business.
On Friday, the board resumed the meeting and approved the remaining agenda items.
The board:
-- Appointed L.G. Lauxman to the Show Me Center Board of Managers.
-- Approved minors in dance, environmental science and environmental studies.
-- Transferred administration of the University Museum from the School of University Studies to the College of Liberal Arts.
-- Conferred degrees for 1996 fall graduates.
