RCGA TO MEET HERE ON WEDNESDAY

CAPE GIRARDEAU - The February meeting of the Regional Commerce and Growth Association will be held Wednesday at the Riverview Banquet Center in Cape Girardeau.

Featured speaker will be Dr. Rhonda Vinson of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Vinson is the director of the Economic and Industrial Development Department at the university. She is also involved in the Southern Illinois Coalition.

The subject of Vinson's speech will be the similarities and differences between the areas of Southeast Missouri, Southern Illinois and Western Kentucky.

A social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m., and the membership meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Food and refreshments will be available.
