RADIO STATION TO COLLECT TOYS SATURDAY

CD Country, 106.1 FM, will sponsor the Tricycle 500 race Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Toys-R-Us parking lot at 210 Silver Springs Road.

The race is to help collect toys for the Cape Girardeau Jaycees' Christmas Toybox campaign for needy children.

Race participants and members of the audience are asked to bring a new toy to donate.

There will be seven races to watch, and hot dogs and hamburgers will be served.
