* Approved the request of Greater Missouri Builders Inc. for a special use permit for a drive-in restaurant in a 12-by-28-foot portable building in the Town Plaza parking lot in a C-2, general commercial district.

* Rejected the request of Dane Evans to rezone 545 Asher Street from R-3, two family residential district, to C-3, central business district.
