PULASKI, Ill. -- An "open" demolition derby will be featured as the grandstand event at the Pulaski County Fair here tonight.
The 33rd annual fair, conducted by the Pulaski County Fair Association, opened Monday at the community's fair grounds, with a local demolition derby.
Other events this week will include an ITPA tractor pull Thursday at 7 p.m.; a western horse show Friday at 6:30 p.m.; and a 4 x 4 mud race Saturday at 7 p.m.
Fair grounds admission is $2 per carload, and 50 cents per person for walk-ins.
Grandstand events range from $1 to $4 per person, with tonight's admission $4 for adults and $2 for children. Admissions for Thursday and Saturday events are $4 for adults $2 for children. Admission for the Friday horse show is $1 per person.
