A rezoning request and a special-use permit are open for public comment at tonights board of aldermen regular meeting in Jackson.
First up is a request to rezone 304 N. Missouri St. from general residential to central business district.
According to city documents, the property is being rezoned for future development, and surrounding property has already been rezoned to the central business district.
