Two programs to teach students and parents about the dangers of drugs and underage drinking will take place at Scott City High School today.
The programs are organized by No More Sunsets Presentations, a group run by Jack Bridges, father of deceased methamphetamine addict Shawn Bridges, whose early death from the effects of the drug was chronicled in the documentary film "No More Sunsets" as a cautionary tale.
The first program will be at 1 p.m. for high school students only. The second will be at 6 p.m., open to the public.
Refreshments will be provided at the evening presentation, as will gifts from local businesses.
