LONDON -- Prince William will be the first member of the royal family to have stamps issued to celebrate his 21st birthday.

Royal Mail officials said Friday they'd reached an agreement with Buckingham Palace for the commemorative stamps to go on sale next year in time for William's 21st birthday on June 21.

"This will be the first time Royal Mail has issued a stamp to commemorate a royal 'coming of age' and we are confident there will be enormous worldwide interest from the public and collectors alike," said Gavin Macrae, managing director of Royal Mail Stamps and Collectibles.

Schwarzenegger jokes about political future

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- Arnold Schwarzenegger cracked several jokes about running for governor, but refused to be cornered for a real answer.

"I don't want to run for governor because it's very complicated just filling out the forms," the 55-year-old former Mr. Universe said. "Let's say I put down 'actor' as my profession, I may get sued for perjury."

The "Terminator" star told about 500 people Thursday at a luncheon at the Beverly Hilton Hotel that they'd have to wait for an answer, just like him.

"This is a decision that I leave to the Almighty," he joked and paused before adding, "my wife Maria." His wife is newswoman Maria Shriver.

Before taking questions from the audience about his political ambitions, Schwarzenegger spoke about Proposition 49, the ballot measure he sponsored that would dedicate up to $550 million a year to before- and after-school programs for elementary and junior high school students.

"A lot of you know me from the movies, fighting gangsters and the terrorists and even the devil," he said. "But the fight I am most proud of is the fight for children. The children cannot fight for themselves."

Roseanne to make TV return in new comedy

LOS ANGELES -- Roseanne is staging a TV comeback.

The actress and comedian is set to star in a reality workplace comedy for ABC, the trade Variety reported Friday.

The network is close to finalizing a 13-episode commitment with Roseanne, who would serve as executive producer with filmmaker R.J. Cutler ("The War Room"), the publication reported.

The 49-year-old starred for 11 years in the sitcom "Roseanne," which was a huge hit for ABC.

"We're thrilled to have her back at ABC," said Andrea Wong, the network's senior vice president for alternative series and special. "With Roseanne, you're guaranteed funny."
