He faces 12 counts of second-degree statutory sodomy and one count of incest. Investigators say he fondled and performed oral sex on a teenage relative.

Judge Gary Kamp set his preliminary hearing for Dec. 16 in Jackson. Wooldridge is represented by public defender Pat McMenamin.
Wooldridge is currently in the Cape Girardeau County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bail.
