After a three-hour power outage, electricity has been restored to the warming center at the Salvation Army building at 701 Good Hope St. Power was restored shortly after 3 p.m. Maj. Ben Stillwell said the center - which has also been designated as an American Red Cross-Salvation Army shelter - is equipped with cots, food and electricity for those seeking refuge. Stillwell said that while the building is closed for regular business, it will continue to operate as a warming center and shelter as long as needed.
