The vacancy created by Dillon's appointment was filled by the appointment of Ray Buhs of Cape Girardeau, who will complete Dillon's one-year, unexpired term as member-at-large.

Buhs formerly served on the board from January 1984 to June 1986. Dillon previously served on the board from April 1988 to December 1989.
