The online access allows users to open requests for proposals, requests for quotations, addendum and bid award information. The city is inviting all local vendors to join the purchasing group. Vendors will receive access to Poplar Bluff's bid and business opportunities from participating local government agencies. Vendors can register at Bids.SourceSuite.com.

"We are excited to use a tool for our purchasing team that will save time and money. The city looks forward to future collaboration with like-minded government buying organizations throughout Missouri," Poplar Bluff city manager Heath Kaplan said. "The purchasing group allows our vendors an easy way to do business with the city and other buying agencies in the area."
