The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Cody Bell, 20, of 218 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest Earl Merriman, 47, of 602 Yale, Farmington, Mo., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant Saturday for a motor carrier violation.

Summons Catherine Mall, 87, of 3014 Aspen, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for failing to maintain property.

Thefts Capaha Bank reported a theft Friday at 1 S. Main. Numerous checks were written from a closed account.

A theft was reported Friday at 301 S. Minnesota.

A stolen vehicle was recovered Friday at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Friday at 179 W. Park Mall.

Cash, a cellular phone and checks were reported stolen Friday at 10 S. West End Blvd.

Property Damage

Property damage was reported Friday at 2838 Themis, Apt. 4.

A car window was reported damaged Saturday at Honker's Boat Dock.

Miscellaneous

A Huffy Shadow Canyon 10-speed bicycle was found Friday at Lombardo and Landgraf.

A 15-year-old girl was reported missing Saturday.

A 21-year-old woman was reported missing Saturday.

A 6-year-old girl was reported missing Saturday.

A 1-year-old girl was reported missing Saturday.

A 3-year-old girl was reported missing Saturday.

A 16-year-old boy was reported as a runaway juvenile Friday.

A lost cellular phone was reported Friday at Arena Park.

A trespassing was reported Friday at 324 S. Middle. Two suspects are in custody pending formal charges.
