Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jeffery Lynn Oliver, 42, Box 291, Burfordville, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Kristian Dale Henderson, 19, 447 N. Main, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Jessica Marie Willis, 22, 508 Jewel, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of assault.

Dewayne Eugene Felty, 21, 529 Olive, Cape Girardeau; Travis Lee Neil, 20, 547 Frederick, Cape Girardeau; and Cedric R. Rucker, 21, 1589 Bel Air, Cape Girardeau, were arrested Thursday on suspicion of receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Also, a 14-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court.

Kimberly C. Koziacki, 20, 3738 Louis St., St. Louis, was arrested Thursday on a city warrant for failure to appear for assault.

Emma Lee Foster, 25, was arrested Thursday at 19 S. Kingshighway on suspicion of stealing.

Thefts

An amplifier and speakers were reported stolen Thursday from 1408 Dunklin.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 2021 Perryville Thursday.
