Cape Girardeau police Sgt. Adam Glueck said police do not know where the man was from, and he declined to tell hospital staff. Glueck said one of the man’s legs was grazed by a bullet.

Glueck said there was no shots-fired call in Cape Girardeau corresponding to when the incident occurred.
