O'FALLON, Mo. -- Police in the St. Louis suburb of O'Fallon say three boys are believed to be responsible for spray-painting offensive drawings, swastikas and other graffiti on dozens of vehicles, garage doors, mail boxes and driveways.
All told, there were 46 victims in the Monticello subdivision of O'Fallon on the morning of Sept. 20.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported two of the boys were arrested and turned over to juvenile authorities. The third hasn't been taken into custody. One of the boys is 13, the other two are 14.
The boys do not live in O'Fallon but were spending the night at the home of a relative.
In addition to damage at homes, street signs, fencing, landscaping lights and a fire hydrant were defaced.
