Phone lines restored for county government
Telephone service was restored for all Cape Girardeau County government offices about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, according to an email from county information technology director Eric McGowen. Service was disabled for county government lines Wednesday afternoon when a truck took out some telephone lines in Jackson.
