PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Two Perryville women were arrested Wednesday on outstanding warrants.
Connie Sue Pritchard, 41, and Pandora Lynn Cowgur, 39, were arrested on warrants for drug distribution, according to a Perry County Sheriff's Department news release. According to the release, Pritchard was charged with two felony counts of distribution of a controlled substance, and Cowgur was charged with one felony count of distribution of a controlled substance. Both were taken to the Perry County Jail. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
The arrests were the result of an ongoing undercover drug investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Perry County Sheriff's Department and the SEMO Drug Task Force. The sheriff's department news release didn't specify any other details, and the sheriff was unavailable to comment when called at the office late Wednesday.
