MCCLURE, Ill. -- A Perryville, Mo., man was cited by the Illinois State Police for improper lane usage for a one-vehicle crash in which a tractor-trailer overturned this morning.

MCCLURE, Ill. -- A Perryville, Mo., man was cited by the Illinois State Police for improper lane usage for a one-vehicle crash in which a tractor-trailer overturned Tuesday morning.

Cody A. Kiefer, 44, was driving a 1998 Peterbilt truck pulling a trailer when the truck ran off the roadway and overturned on Illinois Route 3, about a quarter-mile south of Duncanville Street in McClure, according to Illinois State Police. The crash happened at 6:01 a.m.

Kiefer wasn't injured, but was cited by police for improper lane usage.
