When the deputy circled back to arrest him, Brandon Morse, 22, fled on foot, prompting a search for several hours until early in the afternoon when he was arrested at his mother's apartment, said Perry County Sheriff Gary Schaaf. Morse was wanted on an active felony warrant from the Perryville Police Department, which participated in the search, for a theft that allegedly took place in earlier this month.
