Bradley Brawner, 40, was sentenced to prison Monday by U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber. On Nov. 8, 2007, a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper investigating a one-car accident in Perry County traced the driver of the vehicle to the nearby Eagles Lodge.

A second patrolman made contact with Brawner, who was carrying a Winchester shotgun. Brawner admitted he was the driver of the car, and that he had been participating in a shooting match at the Eagles Lodge. Brawner has a record of felony convictions in state court.
