SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- Jennifer Lopez went back to her roots for a concert in her parents' homeland of Puerto Rico that will be televised in the United States this fall.

"It's a pleasure for me to be here in Puerto Rico with the people who I love," Lopez told the thousands in attendance at San Juan's Roberto Clemente stadium on Saturday.

Lopez performed hits from her latest album, "J.Lo" and her first, "On the 6." The concert will air on NBC in late November.

Born in New York to Puerto Rican parents, the 31-year-old arrived last week in the U.S. territory for rehearsals.

Winfrey's picks are usually kept secret until airtime. But the delay caused by the terrorist attacks changed that. Copies of Jonathan Franzen's "The Corrections" have been seen at stores with the Oprah Book Club sticker on the cover.

Winfrey was in New York on Sunday to serve as a master of ceremony, together with James Earl Jones, of an interfaith prayer service at Yankee stadium for the victims of the attacks.

LOS ANGELES -- Jessica Biel said her character on the WB family drama "7th Heaven" will be someone young girls can look up to this season.

Biel said her character, Mary Camden, gets an unusual job, but she doesn't want to give away what it will be.

"It's really good for young girls. I'll give you a little hint: It's a profession that there's not too many women in," she said.

The 19-year-old actress co-stars with Freddie Prinze Jr. in the baseball romantic comedy "Summer Catch."
