Singer and wife add son to growing family

Marc Anthony has another boy in the family.

The singer's wife, Dayanara Muniz, gave birth to Ryan Anthony Muniz on Saturday morning at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island, his publicist said Monday.

The couple have a 2-year-old son, Cristian, and Anthony has an 9-year-old daughter, Arianna, from a previous relationship.

Anthony, whose real name is Marco Antonio Muniz, married Dayanara Torres, a former Miss Universe, in a Las Vegas civil ceremony on May 10, 2000. They were briefly separated in 2002, but in December they renewed their vows in a lavish ceremony at Old San Juan's Roman Catholic cathedral in Puerto Rico.

Muniz, 28, is a native of Puerto Rico. Anthony, a salsa and pop singer whose hits include "I Need to Know," was born in New York City to Puerto Rican parents. The 34-year-old also has acted in several films, including "Bringing Out the Dead."

Guccione: Sex lives based on nation

All men are basically the same, according to Penthouse magazine publisher Bob Guccione -- only their sex lives vary depending on the country they're from.

"The British are reserved, the French are arrogant, the Italians are lovers, and the Germans like to spank each other," Guccione tells Details magazine for its September issue.

"Sex will always be the dominant factor in any man's life -- whether he realizes it or not. It's what motivates him to buy the car he drives, the house he lives in, and the clothes and jewelry he wears."

But even Guccione's expertise couldn't have helped him predict the proliferation of pornography that has caused a drop in Penthouse's circulation. The magazine filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last week.

"Today, there are triple-X videos, adult channels, and pay-per-view films; there are strip clubs, phone sex, and most of all, Internet sites that have no restrictions," the 72-year-old said. "Attractive women are flooding the porn market in a way that surprises even me."

Historic ranch becomes California public park

A historic ranch built by 1950s television star Leo Carrillo was given new life over the weekend when it made its debut as a public park.

Adobe buildings and other structures on the 27-acre parcel were restored by a nonprofit organization, helped in part by $5 million from the city of Carlsbad, Calif.

Carrillo, a stage and film actor most famous for his role as Pancho in the TV series "The Cisco Kid," built the ranch in the 1930s as a Hollywood getaway. Clark Gable reportedly honeymooned there with his actress-bride Carole Lombard.
