Zsa Zsa celebrates birthday while in hospital

LOS ANGELES -- Zsa Zsa Gabor spent her 86th birthday Thursday in the luxury suite of a hospital for aging movie stars, recuperating from a car accident late last year.

"Frederic is going to surprise me with something," Gabor told KNBC-TV Wednesday, referring to her husband, Frederic von Anhalt.

Gabor was moved last month from a hospital to the Motion Picture and Television Hospital in suburban Woodland Hills. She was injured in a Nov. 27 crash in West Hollywood. She was a passenger in the front seat of a car that struck a light pole. Her hairdresser, who was driving, had minor injuries.

Gabor suffered broken bones and received stitches to close wounds to her head, hands, arms and legs.

Owner of rap record label taken to court

LOS ANGELES -- City National Bank filed a lawsuit against Marion "Suge" Knight in U.S. District Court, accusing the rap mogul of failing to make payments on a yacht he has moored at Marina del Rey.

According to the lawsuit, filed Wednesday, the owner of Tha Row record label owes $592,333.75 plus late fees on a loan for Vessel Simon. Attorney Peter Csato, who filed the lawsuit, said the loan was originally for $1 million and that payments haven't been made since November.
