Pet Peeve: "People who don't carry through with something when they say they're going to do it."

The best part of my job is: "My customers."

What do you do in your spare time? "Spare time? I don't have any, but outside my job I sing with Sweet Adelines, teach Project Charlie and teach high school religion class."

Describe your oddest experience: "Snow skiing for the first time. I thought it was supposed to be fun. It was pure torture getting stuck on a difficult run and sliding to the bottom on your rear with your skies under your arms instead of on your feet. I do go skiing on a yearly basis and actually look forward to going."
