Penguin Party

An Evening Under the Stars was the theme for the annual Penguin Party Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 at the Cape Girardeau Country Club. The event raises funds for the Cape Girardeau Public School Foundation which awards Great Idea Teaching Grants to teachers every year.
