Paving work reduces U.S. 60 in New Madrid County

SIKESTON, Mo. -- U.S. 60 will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction, between the Business Route 60 intersection and Highway 114, as contractor crews begin pavement resurfacing. Weather permitting, work will be done Monday through June 29, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
