SIKESTON, Mo. -- Southbound Interstate 55 in Perry County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction next week, as Missouri Department of Transportation crews make pavement repairs. The first section of interstate is between mile marker 130 and mile marker 126. The second section is between mile marker 122 and mile marker 118. Weather permitting, the work will begin at 7 a.m. Monday and will be completed by 3:30 p.m. Thursday. The work zone will be marked with signs.
